The Realtor/Inspector relationship is very important and is built on trust, we both work for the client having their best interest in mind. We accomplish this by conducting a thorough home inspection with an easy-to-understand detailed report to include photos of any issues/concerns. We encourage the client and agent to be present for the inspection, it gives us the opportunity to point out any issues and answer any questions they may have. The goal is for the client to be better educated so they can make an informed decision on the potential home they wish to purchase. The warranty coverages we offer is to give the client and agent peace of mind that we stand behind our inspections. We look forward building a long and successful working relationship with your company for years to come. Thank You.

The cost of a property inspection depends on a variety of factors, including square footage, age of house, time required, and the number of heating and air conditioning units. This information is put into a program which determines the price.
Most home inspections take between two to four hours, depending on the condition and size of the house. This include examining all mechanical and electrical systems.
You don’t need to be present for the entire inspection but it is highly recommended that you attend the final walkthrough so the inspector can explain their findings and answer any questions.
The inspector must remain unbiased and will not recommend a specific contractor but may provide a list of contractors in that specialty.

In the event that you need to reschedule, we ask that you notify us one business day prior to the inspection date and time.
