My name is Gregory Stevens and I have been a National Certified Home Inspector since 2019. I am an honorable retired ARMY veteran with 25 years of experience as a Master Fighter with Montgomery County Fire & Rescue. I have seen houses in every state and condition imaginable. I also served as a Prince Georges County Housing Code Inspector for three years. My vast knowledge of housing conditions allows me to educate potential home owners and sellers of any safety issues, defects, immediate repairs and possible repairs down the line, so there are no surprises. I am certified, licensed, and insured to service Maryland and Washington, DC.

We serve potential home buyers and sellers wanting to make sure their house is ready to list, real estate investors helping to avoid any major issues, and real estate professionals in making sure their client’s are entering the process of buying or selling with a clear understanding of the condition of a property. Most importantly, we work for YOU and we will always have YOUR best interest at heart.

As a licensed and certified inspector, we are bound by InterNACHI Association’s strict code of conduct which ensures the highest quality of service, thoroughness, fairness, and effectiveness. We provide a detailed report of findings with photos within 48 hours of the inspection date and we are always available to follow up if a customer has any questions.

We are now servicing the Maryland and District of Columbia area seven days a week!

The Realtor/Inspector relationship is very important and is built on trust, we both work for the client having their best interest in mind. We accomplish this by conducting a thorough home inspection with an easy-to-understand detailed report to include photos of any issues/concerns. We encourage the client and agent to be present for the inspection, it gives us the opportunity to point out any issues and answer any questions they may have. The goal is for the client to be better educated so they can make an informed decision on the potential home they wish to purchase. The warranty coverages we offer is to give the client and agent peace of mind that we stand behind our inspections. We look forward building a long and successful working relationship with your company for years to come. Thank You.
